Celebrating Our Leadership Academy Graduates: Reflecting on Growth and Goals

On February 24, 2025, we finished our Leadership Academy course session # fifteen at Learning Pursuit - our final session, but a new academy course will start next month. Congratulations to all of the graduates!

At our last session, we revisited our list of "what do you want to learn in our leadership academy." Participants created the list at our first session.

Teaching Strategy:

• Have your participants create learning objectives at the start of the course.

• During every session, I put the "learning targets" and "ground rules" on the workshop tables.

• At the end of your course, check back to ensure you have met all the target objectives.
