Going into the Dark to Find a Solution
Sometimes, to solve a problem, going to the location or site of the problem can give you the perspective you need to make the best decision. After nighttime pranksters found an easy way to approach my house unseen, I realized I had to solve the problem by observing what they saw. This small challenge reminded me of key problem-solving principles: go to the site of the problem, observe closely, think critically, and take action.
